Who these terms cover
These terms apply to design, supply, installation and maintenance services provided by Art of Integration Ltd (company number 08298612), registered in England and Wales at Unit 101, Image Court, 326 Molesey Road, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 3PD. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Art of Integration Ltd and “you” means the client named on the quotation.
Quotations and scope
Every project is quoted individually. Your quotation sets out the equipment, work and price agreed, and forms the basis of the contract between us. Anything not listed in the quotation is not included. If you ask us to change the scope after acceptance, we will confirm any effect on price and programme in writing before doing the work.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and stage payments, are stated on your quotation. Equipment remains our property until paid for in full. If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellation
If you are a consumer and the contract was concluded away from our premises (for example at your home), you normally have 14 days from acceptance in which to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for the work done and for equipment already ordered for your project. To cancel, email hello@artofintegration.co.
Site and access
We will agree working dates with you in advance and treat your home with care. You agree to give our engineers reasonable access to the areas of the property where work is to be carried out, and to tell us about anything unusual we should know before work starts, such as hidden services or restricted access.
Equipment and manufacturers’ warranties
Equipment we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty. We will support you in making any warranty claim for equipment we supplied and installed. Details of our own aftercare and support arrangements for your system are set out in your quotation or maintenance agreement.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract, or for business losses where we are supplying you as a consumer.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to services performed with reasonable care and skill and goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Complaints
If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right. Raise any concern first with your project manager, or email hello@artofintegration.co or call 020 3397 9888. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within fourteen. If you remain unhappy, you may have recourse to alternative dispute resolution or, if you paid by credit card, your card provider.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This page was published on 18 August 2026.
