Both. New builds and renovations give the cleanest cable routes, but we regularly retrofit automation into finished homes, and takeovers of existing part-installed systems are a core service.
Our in-house maintenance and support team, led by our Technical Services Director, supports every system we install. Many faults are resolved remotely; where a visit is needed, you deal with the same team that built the system.
