It’s recommended to have a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection to the network for initial set up. Wireless and enterprise-level wired networks will aid proper performance.
Control4 installation isn’t recommended as a DIY project for homeowners. It’s an advanced, technical system that is best installed by experienced professionals, accredited by Control4 – like us. We’re equipped to install it efficiently, effectively and to deal with any troubleshooting that may occur.
By choosing an experienced Control4 installer like us, we’ll personalise settings to you. We won’t just install it and leave you with a setup guide to figure it out for yourself. We’ll give you a decent introduction to it so you feel confident to use it.
We’ll do that for you when we install the system. But it’s pretty straight-forward to add a new device.
We offer a 12 month installation warranty. If any Control4 programming errors during this time, we’ll fix them at no extra cost. There’s also a 2 year manufacturers warranty on all Control4 equipment.
