Many homes have a smart system that no longer works the way it should, often because the original installer has moved on or the system was never finished properly. We take over existing systems, find out what is there, fix what is not working and put it back on a reliable footing.
After the sale of a large property in Cobham, our team kept updating and customising the Control4 system for the new owners, adding a Ruckus Wi-Fi network, four more audio zones and a cinema room.
Ongoing maintenance and support
Our own in-house maintenance team supports what we install, led by Nick Dunning, our technical services director. When we install a Control4 system you get a 12 month installation warranty covering Control4 programming errors, plus a 2 year manufacturer's warranty on Control4 equipment.
